In this episode I guide a short somatic inquiry process I often use to start my day, or to start a longer session.
This guided session works with somatic awareness and interoceptive practices that support a sense of presence and regulated capacity. I’ve found this type of practice useful for those experiencing chronic pain, hypervigelence, anxiety, or intrusive levels of sensation as well as those simply seeking support in grounding and enhancing their awareness.
